Food was okay, service was downright horrible and borderline scammy. We came with 6 pax, and we were seated in a two-pot table (8 pax table). First we tried to order the one pot two combination soup, however was forced to order two separate pots of soup (almost double the price of what ordering combination soup would be). Because we are seated in the two-pot combined table, six-top tables were unavailable) and unwilling to correct this. This happened despite the restaurant being mostly empty. Maybe this was a bit much, but I was left waiting at the sauce station for quite a while, because the waiter was busy using the station making sauce for other customers. I simply wanted to make one bowl, and stood there waiting for him to finish making 4 bowls. He could simply have let me made my bowl for a bit then...

Overall a nice experience for hotpot. The beef is fresh and tasted soo good. I don't really know what they put to the sauce, but one of their waiters served the best sauce. It's because you can requested their waiter to mix the sauce for you. I ordered 2 kinds of soup, collagen & chicken herbal. The chicken herbal soup tasted a lil bit too much (probably used to much of bay leaves), but for me its just okay. However the collagen tasted better overall, for the noodles, the beef, it's just complimenting each others.
