I love and enjoy to drink hot Americano from Maxx Coffee, but when I stop at this Maxx Coffee, the taste is a little bit different, not strong as usual. The Cappuccino is disappointed my friend. Good location, nice and cozy place.

Kemana aja aku selama ini baru nyobain maxx coffe untuk pertama kalinya 😅😅. Jujur tempatnya cozy banget dengan pencahayaan yang tidak terlalu terang agar tidak terlalu silau dan buat customer nyaman. Jarak antar meja juga memiliki space sehingga tidak terlalu sumpek. Aku kesini saat weekday dan bener-bener nyaman banget karena cuma aku dan temen-temen yang dine-in saat itu. Untuk harga hampir sama lah ya dengan brand kopi internasional yang terletak di lobby mall yang sama😅 . Minusnya untuk para pekerjanya ya, semoga bisa memberikan kesan yang baik untuk para customer (jangan jutek-jutek mukanya). Terimakasih dan sukses selalu.

The staffs should check the availability for milk substitute and update it on their app.

I asked the staff if they had almond milk before ordering, to which they said yes. I then ordered my drink with almond milk, Few minutes later, they told me they ran out of milk and that they only had regular milk (nightmare for lactose intolerant people). They did give me refund for the almond milk (after I asked for it).

PS: Just go to 'S' cafe for more options and better service. Same...
