Been a regular Sensu customer and celebrated my birthday today. Loving the ambiance, the staffs are friendly and polite, asides it's worth the penny. And chef has been adjusting depending on my tastes, appetite levels and dietary preferences.

People tend to ask me why do I love omakase and is it really worth it? To be honest, absolutely! Not only I get the chance to explore flavors and textures but also the curiosity of sushi making.

Let me tell you, It's not possible to describe in words the experience. A unique experience, exeptional food, and Chef Nick and team work together seamlessly.

Chef Nick's attention to detail and his craft really showed as I watched him from a metre away, slice every fish with precision and accuracy I have never witnessed before me. Chef Nick gives you a happiness and joy, you didn't know needed.

This care and attitude to precision is carried through to the wait staff. The service is unbelievable, so attentive to detail, and want nothing but the finest experience money can offer!

It’s rare to find an omakase place that fulfils not only the ambience, taste and experience criteria, but also engages your other senses such as smell and sight! The plating of each dish was well thought of, fully complementing the experience.

Each dish was carefully curated and smells HEAVENLY, with the Chawanmushi definitely taking the helm. It’s such a diverse flavour coming from such a simple dish, which is a testament to the years of experience from Chef Nick, and also a glimpse into the treat your tastebuds are about to have.
