KFC — Restaurant in Denpasar Selatan

If you stay in Inna Bali Beach Garden Sanur, you can't use delivery service. The operator said that kfc delivery can't enter the Inna area. I have a bad experience today Sept 9, 2018 when I can't order via go food (go jek android app), then I order by kfc delivery android app. After waiting 30min the operator just call & said that they can't enter the Inna gate, if you still want to continue your delivery order, you can finish the transaction outside the inna gate (jalan Hang Tuah). I said yes I will, I think they don't believe me. After the phone closed, they trying to call me again but they can't reach me. I just arrived outside the Inna gate but surprisingly I didn't found the kfc delivery man. Finally I went to the kfc restaurant by myself, because just a couple of steps remains I can reach the restaurant, better than go back to the hotel or ring back the restaurant. It will takes more time while my family hungry waiting for the food. So tomorrow I will ask the Inna about prohibition kfc delivery man in...

This place is hopeless. Why advertise food that you won't serve? Try ordering perkedels for example. They always run out and are too lazy and stubborn to cook a new batch. If they have genuinely run out of them then something needs to be done about their ordering process. Sometimes its éasier to ask what they HAVE got because nearly everything is "habis". Really bad attitude from staff about this. I have been to Bali over 70 times and KFC Sanur just keeps on getting worse. Long wait times and queues. Coffee staff hardly ever in the coffee section. It just really pisses me off when all the advertising is right under your nose but you can't buy it because they can't be bothered to walk to the refrigerator and cook some more or can't be arsed to order enough. Just waiting till they run out of CHICKEN one day!!! Finger licking good? The chance would be good. Not much to get your fingers on to make them worth licking. Completely useless. Someone send them a Business 101 book or...

Please do not come here unless you like to wait. Don't order Grab from here, either the same problem. Ended up having my order canceled, it took over an hour just to process.

Came in for early lunch one day. Only one person working register and packing food orders. I am very confused as to what ALL the other workers are doing there. I see people in the back and some cleaning. But no one is helping the front person pack and take orders.

About 40 minutes later, our order came out. We ordered 5 pieces, the original recipe, and 2 orders of the strips. I have no clue in the world as to why it took so long. Everyone after us got their food first.

Just don't bother coming here...
