I am disappointed with the service and would like to provide the following feedback for management's consideration:
First, we made a reservation and were expecting to receive our food on time, especially since we were there for Iftar. We ordered before Iftar with the expectation that we would be served promptly. Unfortunately, the food arrived an hour late, which was quite surprising and disappointing. Secondly, the service during the wait was lacking. We repeatedly asked the staff about the status of our order, but they simply responded that it was "still in process." Despite explaining that we were fasting and needed to break our fast, there was no apology or even a gesture of understanding—no smiles, no acknowledgment, just repeated statements to wait. Additionally, while the waitress mentioned offering a complimentary item to make up for the delay, we were only given a 10% discount, which was not what we expected. As someone with experience in the hospitality industry, I am quite surprised by how the situation was handled. While the venue and space are nice, the service is a significant area of concern. I believe the management needs to provide better training for the waitstaff, kitchen team, and baristas on handling complaints and serving guests. Service is a fundamental aspect of hospitality, and unfortunately, this was not reflected in our experience.
The food presentation also did not meet expectations. I hope that future guests will have a better experience with...

The venue has so much potential. Comfortable and good air con.
But the service, pricing, attitude and food was just terrible.
We ordered coffees and water and a light lunch. The staff in evidence were unfriendly and disinterested. Lacklustre in their attitude. One waitress couldn’t even be bothered to smile or pick up her feet as she scuffed around aimlessly.
After 40 minutes I asked if any water was coming. Blank stares. After an hour my husband purchased at the counter and just wait until they were provided.
Eventually we asked if our coffees were even being made?
Then my lunch arrived. A mean portion of Mei Goreng which was greasy and burnt?! It was so salty it was not really edible. (The kitchen hand cook clearly inept?)
Some 20 minutes later my husband’s smashed avo arrived. Cold undercooked poached eggs on watery avo on untoasted stale bread. (It actually takes effort to be this bad!)
Finally my iced coffee arrived. It was ok. We had to ask the waitress where my husband’s coffee was: it was eventually delivered.
The bill was interesting. Loaded with tax and taxes and rounding. The overall price was $25 AUD which is ok, just totally appalling value for money given the utterly woeful standards of service and appalling quality of food.
Such a shame. We will not be returning.
Are the owners / managers aware that their staff have such a poor lazy work attitude?
Having worked in hospitality, it’s really not that hard? Motivate your...

The hot latte was made perfectly, got a side biscuit and water ☕️
However, I'm giving an overall 2/5 because of rounding up payment without asking. It's 2025, people are paying with QRIS/debit/credit where every rupiah can be clearly defined with no need of return.
"Pembulatan" = 750 perak. Which one are you rounding up from? I'm supposed to pay Rp 40,250. But since you round it up, I'm paying Rp 41,000. Honestly, it isnt about the number, its just this kind of approach is no longer done by any restaurants I've visited for the last few years. I prefer they tell me they dont have a change instead of simply rounding up my bill. Even supermarket chainstores are better at this.
The hospitality was great though, thank you for being attentive...
