MEYASA cafe — Restaurant in Denpasar Selatan

I don't typically write reviews after my first visit, but this restaurant left such a positive impression on me that I felt compelled to share my experience. The atmosphere is quaint and comfortable, with a cozy and homely feel, located on Jl. Hang Tuah, nestled among plant nurseries. It's off the beaten track but still within Sanur.

Our group of four ordered three different appetizers - samosas, honey glazed chicken wings, and Caesar salad - and all were delicious. The main courses we ordered were the Big Parmi (chicken parmigiana), spaghetti aglio olio, and Greek salad, and all of them were flavorful and didn't require additional salt. The Big Parmi was particularly noteworthy and could easily feed two people. Even though we were in a hurry to make it to another engagement, we made time for their homemade ice cream - the rum raisin and mango swirl were delightful.

It's worth mentioning that this restaurant has only been open for less than a month, but they already seem to be running smoothly and most importantly, food was just right - simple, non-pretentious, comforting and delish. If the food is great, place is comforting then their quality speaks for itself. Lovely little cafe hidden amongst a verdant plant garden area - easy access off the busy Renon road, but the quiet and beautiful natural surroundings feel miles away from the chaos and busy traffic. Cool indoor AC or outdoor garden seating options. Clean classy bathroom. Staff is sweet and capable, but not attentive or proactive. Coffee was yummy (with vegan options for your lattes and cappuccinos) and I will be back soon to try some food morsels! It is a comfy beautiful café and restaurant which it is hidden in a small alley, it has a very beautiful garden, with a free WiFi. It is a very good place to spend time with friends also it is a nice place for dating. Most of tablets have access to electricity so it is suitable to use laptop.

Price is above the average and some items are really costly.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly.
