Paradise BAR — Restaurant in East Nusa Tenggara

Long hair barman was very rude when asked if the 80k ticket could be turn into 3 cokes (25k each) instead of a 80k large bintang (not everyone drinks alcohol), and then pointed to me talking to his colleague maybe beacuse baffled by receiving also a rude response by me. He basically start rudely repating "1 ticket 1 drink" when asked nicely the 3 cokes which were also completely within the 80k voucher budget. I don't know if this is standard service but I would really suggest to put some ego on the side before starting the shift. Also, that's just a stupid rule: you want people to pay 80k for entrance with the premises that they'll have it in same value in drinks but then you dont give the full value unless in alcohol... Being rude over 3 cokes, come on dude. 2 star because the night was decent, nothing special tho and the guy...

Not a bad place to watch sunset from and with a decent selection of drinks It seems like they do some big parties or raves, but not while we were there, instead just drinks with a view.

The beers were cold and the service was fast, the prices were reasonable and the staff friendly. To be honest you can't ask for more than that.

Some things to bear in mind, it's quite a walk back into then if you don't get a taxi (20mins). The food is a bit rubbish, hence better for drinks. The view is off to the side so you don't get the whole bay on your sunset picture (could be good or bad depending on what you like...

Despite the view unfortunately the place has not much in common with its name. The staff is completely indifferent and slightly arrogant, the menu offers snacks - which are not available - and shisha - which is also not available, and you don't even hear "sorry". Luckily you can order food in Bagus Bagus hostel next door and eat it by the view in Paradise Bar (mie goreng was the absolute best I have had in Indonesia during 1.5 month trip) but still it's not the Bar's treat.
