PinkCoco Gili Trawangan - Constant Surprises & for Cool Adults Only — Restaurant in Gili Trawangan

QUALITY! VALUE, CONVENIENCE. We came here as part of a 3 night trip while island hopping.

Rooms are fabulous with lots of space , large comfy beds and stylish bathrooms. We were in “Dalia” on the ground floor near the pool .

The 50 metre Pool and Honesty Bar are two great features of the Pink coco Hotel along with the front beachside terrace offering sunset viewing while Fire dancing and a DJ offer entertainment as the sun disappears.

There is a Spa offering massage and other treatments and pink bikes available to hire. The breakfast we had “scrambled eggs” was great and they leave vouchers under your door to encourage a visit to the restaurant in the evening.

The Adult only theme is continued with an invite to “sexy swim” after 10pm and there is a “Daring” room which on further investigation is a place for “adult play”… Enquire when booking on availability.

For me what stood out most was the attentive, polite, playful staff who deserve praise and gratitude for making this such a good place to stay.

Nena arranged a birthday cake for my wife before our arrival and insisting on replacing it when fridge ice had melted into the plate. Adi arranged for collection of our bikes from near the port on our departure so we could use them as transport.

Thank you to all the staff who work tirelessly each day often staying away from family for days at a time and earning a couple of hundred pounds per month! Your polite and friendly attitude and desire to converse in different languages is appreciated. If we return we will return to the pink coco and we will recommend to friends who visit.

If we were invited to offer any way of improving things then I would say…

Get oat milk and other plant based milk on your menu! More and more people are seeking it for coffee, it would boost your profit and satisfy your customer. It is available elsewhere on the island.

Get the lights on your bikes working for the safety of your clients and other people moving around the island.

Tell people there is a fridge in the room. Keeping cold drinks , snacks and medication chilled is important to visitors. Let it be known on your hotel room details that you do have this facility. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit is offered. We...

This seems like a fancy place. Beautiful decoration. Love the whole pink vibe and how they carry the branding through to pretty much everything. What I expect from a place with prices like the ones Pink coco is asking, would be at least good service and fresh food and disappointingly received neither when I ate brunch here. The salad was old ( could see and taste that the tomato and the cucumber had been sitting out a while) From the taste and the lack of warmth of the sausages and potatoes on my and my friend's plate I could tell they were taken from a shaving dish, so from a breakfast buffet. When I order a la carte, I expect to received freshly made food a la carte and not food (partly) taken from an all you can eat breakfast buffet that had probably already been sitting out for a few hours. I did share my experience with the staff and they said the salade was made fresh. If that's the case, that would almost be worse for me personally as it was dried out. She hesitantly confirmed that the sausages and potatoes came from the shaving dishes and she said sorry that I felt disappointed. When I walked away I felt like my sharing didn't do anything for future guests and that this is just the way that they serve their breakfasts and will continue to do so. As for the service There were two waiters upstairs with approximately ten tables. Only three to four were occupied, yet it was still difficult to get their attention. I personally would suggest, as they say on the menu that they give free water refills, to as soon as your guests come to put the water on the table with glasses. Especially, as Pink coco exudes this type of energy and definitely doesn't live up to the brand for me personally. We ordered the water and it took them I believe 20 minutes to bring us the bottle even though the waiters had barely anything to do. Needless to say, I expected more of this place. Again it does look very pretty and I can imagine it's nice to chill and have a drink by the beach on their pretty pink...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at pink coco Gilli-T, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience.

First, the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. From the moment I walked in, I could tell they take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The rooms were pristine pink, with fresh linens and a fresh, pleasant scent throughout the entire hotel. The housekeeping team was diligent and respectful, ensuring that everything was always in top shape.

The spa was a true highlight. I indulged in a rejuvenating massage, and the ambiance was serene and calming. The spa's attention to detail, from the soothing music to the aromatic oils, made for an incredibly relaxing experience. They also offer a range of treatments, and the professionals were both skilled and welcoming, ensuring a personalized and top-notch service.

When it comes to beach amenities, they do not disappoint. The beach area was well-maintained, with comfortable loungers, umbrellas, and attentive staff to ensure guests' needs were met. The soft, white sand and crystal-clear water made for the perfect setting to unwind. The hotel provides beach towels, snacks, and cold drinks, which made my time at the beach even more enjoyable.

Lastly, the service was second to none. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was met with genuine smiles and warmth. They were incredibly accommodating, offering helpful suggestions for local activities and making sure every request was fulfilled promptly.
