A&W Restoran - Ancol (Pantai Indah) — Restaurant in Jakarta

Hot in restaurant and a bit disorganized. Totally inflexible menu. (Must have this, cannot have that or change this for that) etc. But expensive for the quality and quantity but what we got was nice taste But long wait and food not all come together. Drinks - although had some small choice were disappointing as all full of Ice and very little drink.

Needs improving and easy to improve. For example:- Keep doors closed so air con not cooling the beach Less Ice in drinks. Flexibility in menu options. Etc.

For a company that has been around so long they appear not to be customer friendly. But easy to improve.

Super slow service. Everytime ordered here, we had to wait for at least 30 mnts to have our meals ready. Cashier only opens one, while there were long queues. We need to keep asking where our orders at. The venue is also kinda dirty, nobody clean the used tables, a lot of mosquitoes even indoor. If they're not selling a franchise food, probably went...

Big area and can accommodate lots of people.. Staff is very polite and helpful Aircon had some problem and so not very effective..
