The place was nice, the drinks are excellent and something you don't usually find everywhere else. But unfortunately their service was not something you find pleasant.
We ordered 2 turmeric based drinks, and 1 ginger based, then we saw a promotion poster saying buy 2 get 1 free for turmeric based drinks. We asked one of the waitress who gave us missleading info, she said "the promotion only applies if we buy the golden sparkling and immersion drink, then we'll get one free immersion" because of this we decided to try other drinks that are not tumeric based since we were not interested in the two drinks she offered.
The problem arose when we did the payment at the cashier. Turns out we can choose ANY turmeric based beverage, not limited to just the two that waitress told us. The cashier didn't care either, he just closed the bill and tell us what the promo should be afterwards (not before he closed it lol). When we try to explain the wrong information we got to one of the other waitress, she tried to blame us for not ordering the menu when we obviously have stated that we got the wrong information from her colleague. After we gave more arguments she hesitatedly said sorry, and the cashier also gave us a canned sparkling acarakii as a token of apology but in a poor manner, which we returned to him anyway.
I mean, it's not about the money. But what we are most dissapointed is the way the employee treated us. Not one of them tried to console or apologize for the misstreatment before we actually complaint. I mean, what's so hard about saying sorry to your customers when it's clearly your own colleagues or employees who were in the wrong lol. It wasn't even that crowded during the time we told our complaints.

Rasanya unik. Rasa beras kencur dicampur soda menjadi rasa yang menyegarkan sekali.
