Simply one of the best Indonesian Fried Chicken, period.
Just make sure, you're going after the outlet with a logo of two fried-chickens in a plate. The other logo, a picture of a Javanese Lady is a different owner. There was a well known dispute regarding this, but it was more of personal and none of our business.
As usual, the Ny. Suharti's fried chickens came with sprinkles of crispy spicy flakes. And these flakes made the fried-chicken tasted better and even perfected the taste.
The price of a whole fried chicken is not cheap compare to fast-food, but you'll want to taste them more and more especially when you are having it with rice.
The only downside is their sambal is not to my liking. But somehow, it suits well with the fried-chicken and the flakes.
How about the other menus? They're up to you. We only dine the fried chicken, dine-in or takeaway.
