-For the meat selection. you can choice chicken, pork or mix. i usually pick only pork. it's so good, juicy, and taste the balance of the sweet-salty flavor from the meat.

-For the noodles, you can choice the size of the portion either big or small and also the texture like thick or thin style noodles. The noodles is also include with soup and pangsit (wonton)

-Overall great and friendly service. clean toilet too. Loved the food and one of my go to spot in Gading. They got these stamp card where each 50k transaction you will get a 1 stamp and when you completed all 10 stamps you can get 1 ujung pandang noodle for free on...

First thing first, I appreciate covid prevention measures they took. I think plastic barriers they put is smart and sanitary, it shows how serious they are with mitigation effort. They also diligently limit the number of people inside and wrapped the silverware, even if that means limiting their income. Kudos About the food, the noodle is very tasty but it lacks that special smell which makes each noodle house is unique. That said, the accompanying meat is good and quite generous. The red fried rice is quite good, this one you can pick the Makassar taste very well. Siomai is nothing special and bakso goreng is quite ok. Price is quite friendly and their service is very attentive. I also love the ice tea is free refill, something that's becoming rarity amongst noodle shops nowadays. Would I come back here? Yes I would. In general food is quite tasty and price is very fair, and I think Makassar people would really love...

Still on my noodle adventure 😋, and decided to try one of the most favorite noodle place in Kelapa Gading area, which is Bakmi Gading Permai (BGP). I tried their Mie Ujung Pandang Porsi Besar Special. Mie Ujung Pandang is like Mie Karet or a noodle which bigger in size with chewy texture (which's mi favorito 🥰!). In my opinion their noodle is tasty topped with abundant toppings, in love with their sweet red pork, there's that tasty smoky taste in it! Their fried dumplings also need to be mentioned, definitely worth to try. Sadly their boiled dumpling isn't good, since to many flour in the fillings.
