First, there was a language barrier due to the staff not being able to speak English and my friend and I do not speak Indonesian so I will not hold this again them. But, I have to note that the visit was done over a translator app.
To start, there were several red flags about this place. When you enter, there is a weird smell. Second, they don't accept cash. The lady made us pay first and I chose to pay with a card. She ran my card and then said she can only do credit even though she printed a receipt. My friend then gave her a debit card, she ran it, printed a receipt and then said it also wasn't debit which is not true because my friend saw the transaction hit his bank account. After 30 minutes of back and fort, we ask them if they can just reverse the transactions and we will leave. The lady leaves and comes back and says that we can eat, but by this point we just wanted to leave. After some more back and fort, I left and decided that I will dispute the charge if it's not reversed in a few days.
This was a horrible experience and while I understand a cashless system, it's weird that you also don't accept credit. Needless to say that we're never going back here. I don't...

Surprisingly, Bamboo Dimsum still exists, with similar prices and very long waits, especially for steamed dumplings. There are a lot of new dumpling fritters, but many dumplings are unavailable, like Lumpia Kulit Tahu—which was always my first choice previously—along with spring rolls, Pao Ayam, and all sweet or savory pao. The downside is the newest dumplings menu that is promoted on IG, but almost all are unavailable.
That’s why I only ate Siawmay Udang Ayam, Hakau Udang, Pangsit Wansui, Siawmai Jamur, Pangsit Ayam, Pangsit Edame, Pangsit Kucai (the newest one I found there), Pangsit Shanghai, Pangsit Segitiga, Pangsit Frisbee, Dumpling Kare, Porridge, and hot tea. Yeap i got to say this.
The person / waiter that offer the dimsum is very slow, I don't know is it the kitchen fault or waiter but really its just slow
We have to wait for another 30 minutes to get the next round of dimsum.
Not recommended to come here during peak time, the waiters only concentrate on table with a lot of people, table with two person they dont really care about it.
And i have to ask the waiters ànd cashier to refill the poridge
