BURGUSHI — Restaurant in Jakarta

Last time i ate, The burger wasnt consistent yet. Compared to the 3 previous time I ordered by go food from grogol branch. At the opening on pluit karang, i think the co-owner the one who control and help with the prep, that 1 is 👍🏽 i ordered 2 that time (the burger siZe is smaller than the regular burger we have at burger king or carl’s jr). But i like the taste of this gourmet burger better tho. But cause the consistency rather off, so whenever i craved for burgushi, i need to think and rethink before i went there. It’s like gambling whether today is my luck day or Not. Hopefully, these kind of review could embrace the owner to improve and trained the staff better. 🙏🏼 oh ya 1 more thing, the circulation in the resto need to be improved, cause the grilled inside the room, the smoke is pilling up inside. Plus it happens twice already, when i ordered by gojek, the staff didnt put the right qty or the order. 2 salmon skin they only give 1 charge 2, karage ordered and charged but there’s none in the bag. I thought the first time is the driver’s faulty, but twice ? I think it’s the staffs problem. Better ask the driver to check and recheck the amount of ordered...

Order lots of menu cause we bring our troops. Order Salmon mentai, gyutan, chicken namban, beef double, beef wakame, french fries and for drinks we order soda ocha, ocha yakult and ocha. Beef pattie is really good and delish, bun is also soft and got a good aroma. Fried rice taste ok but to plain maybe because they use just a little portion of topping or sauce. It is better to put more seasoning or sauce. Drink menu is ok but nothing special.

Interior is so minimum, no point of interest for young people to take a good picture. Service need to be upgraded, 5 staff in the kitchen but still cant deliver a simple food faster

Price is still ok, overall is just ok.

Hari ini saya memesan Burgushi melalui GrabFood. Saat saya cek menu yang saya pesan kurang 1 item dan saya mencoba menghubungi pihak Burgushi melalui nomor telpon yg dicantumkan tapi tidak ada respon. Ini pengalaman pertama saya mencoba Burgushi dan saya dibuat kecewa dengan rasanya. Pertama saya memesan Chicken Seblak Rice BOGO, rasa ayamnya terlalu asin tapi untungnya masih bisa saya sedikit imbangi dgn nasi dan minuman. Selanjutnya saya coba Korean Spicy Chicken Beast, rasanya SANGAT TERLALU ASIN dan sausnya sangat berlebihan. Saya tidak tau harus mendeskripsikan rasanya seperti apa. Paduan rasa sangat tidak harmonis. Semua rasa terasa terpisah, tidak menyatu dengan baik. Benar-benar ASIN dan Pedas saja. Makan 1 gigitan saja saya hampir menghabiskan segelas milkshake saya. French Fries nya terlalu berminyak jd membuat enek. Saya biasanya sangat menikmati makanan asin (toleran saya lumayan tinggi terhadap asin) dan saya tidak pernah menyisakan makanan tetapi BURGUSHI benar-benar diluar batas toleransi saya. Saya mencoba utk menghabiskan tapi tetap TIDAK BISA. Saya tidak tau apakah memang cita rasa seperti ini yg ditawarkan oleh BURGUSHI atau saya yg kurang beruntung mendapatkan rasa yg tidak...
