Booked table here on Sunday at 12 pm for 4 pax to celebrate belated birthday. The place was empty, a bit unexpected for a place in PIK. When we came, only 2 tables filled in. In total, there are 4 tables, including us. We ordered 2 steaks and 1 pork knuckle. The waitress asked if we wanted to drink mineral water while checking the menu. At first, I thought it was free mineral water, and it turns out it's not since he asked which size we want. We said later and then proceeded to order other drinks. They said the food would be ready in 10-15 minutes.
After ordering, they give us some free appetizers. We came around 12.10, ordered in around 10 minutes later. Until 1 pm, the food has not come yet. They only offered complementary iced tea.
Because of this, I have suffered GERD since the food took way too long đ Yes we could order appetizers, but there is no way I will order a watermelon salad.
Food came. It was good steak, even the pork knuckle. We all agree it is one of the best steaks. However, for me, good food but equal to bad service will not go together.
Why it's bad, they serve my iced latte, come with 1 glass and 2 shots glass, ask to help pour the espresso, but they spilled it. Only said oops and came back with tissue. Then, they didn't bother telling us anything for almost an hour. The reason doesn't even make any sense. Because the tables ordered altogether? Only 4 tables are available at that time. How long would it take to cook?
