The food at this restaurant is excellent, but the staff’s attitude and sense of responsibility are disappointing. In particular, the front desk staff member named Natalie, failed to take accountability for my missing umbrella—a large brown Bali Safari umbrella that holds sentimental value for my kids as a reminder of our vacation. While it may not be expensive, it is incredibly meaningful to us.
If you visit this restaurant and need to leave your belongings at the front, I recommend asking the staff to provide a luggage tag or some form of identification for your items.
While the food deserves a 5-star rating, the staff’s behavior reflects poorly on the establishment. I suggest providing proper training in customer relations and communication to improve the overall experience.
As for the store manager named Kelvin, your decision to push Natalie to apologize to me publicly with an overly dramatic display was unnecessary and only made the situation worse.
This restaurant offers amazing food, but the staff’s attitude needs significant...
Read moreMaybe we came at wrong timing as it was Saturday night. Drama started with the reservation gave our table outside assuming we would prefer to sit inside but we already informed them when that we have dogs with us. Next drama with the so many dishes were SOLD OUT - I was desperate to find the right “not spicy” dishes for the kids. Long wait even for the food, gosh!!!! Finally the food started to come out - very slowlyyyyy, lacking condiments like chili and soy sauce here and there; they didn’t even prepare enough spoons and forks. We had to ask again and again for missing food, especially the simple and classic menu like white rice and fried chicken! The kids had to eat brownies and eclair because they could not wait any longer, they were starving. Ended up the fried chicken came at last in rather cold temperature and eventually we had to take it away. By the way, I think you should avoid sitting outside because the “not sure” cafe or restaurant at the opposite of Dewata played live karaoke with SUPER DUPER...
Read moreYou have to walk a bit to access the place. There is no direct path. If you got lucky, you will find a parking spot nearby. But on busy weekends, i wouldn't put too much hope. I visited this place 2 days after grand opening. The place was super packed. Make a reservation and wait more than an hour. When its time, 80 percent item on the menu are gone. Although the waiter treat us with great hospitality, their management simply dissapointing. Clearly they are not prepared for the opening. Food was only okay. I didnt get to try their highlight item because it was sold out. The place itself was quite beautiful and the ambience was spot on. If you plan to visit this place, i would recommend to do it later, when they got their management...
