Great noodle but really bad n rude service quality. I just had my lunch there just for the sake of my child who wanted eat noodle in PIK, we were actually closer to Hakatta ikkousha Serpong compare in PIK but knowing in pik they have yummy apple strudel, so we chose PIk. I came in with my child and it wasn't crowded at all I chose table where I could put the kid's chair in the middle corner, and she kept pointing me few times the position of the kids chair that I didnt want because it can block other people way walking, and I wanted my kid to sit in the middle between me and my nanny so I could supervise my child eating. She seemed to force me to sit where she wanted few times. So I moved to other table and she STILL did the same thing n seemed to controll the kids chair to be in the place that I didnt want it to be. She did this 5 times. Then we ordered then asked other waitress if it's possible to make hard boiled egg she said no and offered solution maybe can make omelette for my child. Then the other waitress who forced my kids chair to be in the place that I didnt want, came out of nowhere n insisted to say no, not even ommellet. When I asked to speak with the manager she didn't come back again to say anything. So I went to the cashier and found the supervisor there and told her how rude her employee name Tusriah since the beginning of my coming. She made me feel very uncomfortable in the beginning. I appreciate her other friends name Rina who came up and asked apology on her behalf. This is very disappointing, knowing ur fave noodle shop degrading in service quality in the midst of the tight competition in culinary world. I couldn't eat anymore, my appetite was gone, then we decided to leave all the meals we ordered n half eaten n some were still not eaten yet. The food is good but sadly the people quality can't keep up...
Read moreWhile we were craving for Tsukemen for quite some time. Its a thick round noodle that served with a separate thick soup that should be dipped before having it. When I search online the first come up is Hakata Ikkousha Pik 2 branch. Upon entering the door location is very unique, with a pathway that's very aesthetic and wheel chair friendly too. Their door is big and the ambiance is very peaceful and clean.
We order a pan grill Gyoza, Tsukemen (Dipping noodle) and Karage. The thin skin from Gyoza blends well with the savoury meat flavour inside, watery broth burst inside hour mouth upon the first bite. Dip it with the self mix vinegar soy sauce and chili oil. The Karage is one of the best too, their crispy skin eaten together topped with egg mayonaise side dish. Tsukemen is the star of the day, just hit the spot especially the thick broth and a hint of vinegar so fresh and mouthwatering. Definitely will come...
Read morethis is my first time trying Hakata Ikkousha besides Senayan City store (it’s a halal one).
I was surprised by their “Ramen Gold” menu and ordered it right away. Ramen served with 6 slices of charsiu and a nori is the best version of ramen, I thought.
Their charsiu is very thick and tasted really good, but their ramen itself tasted a lil bit flat. My colleague asked to have 1 slice of mine to try roasted charsiu and she also loved it, she also asked to have the second slice. 🤣
After 3rd slice of charsiu, I started to feel nauseous. Seems like I ate too much charsiu, asked my colleague to have my last slice, she can’t handle it 😂😂 So I got finish it myself, not to mention tori karage on the table that still untouched.
Well if you want to try their Ramen Gold, you need to make sure you can handle 6 slices of thick charsiu...
