My son used to love their sweet and sour fish, however the taste of the sauce and texture of the the fried fish had changed. The fish used to be crispier and the sweet and sour sauce was more balanced. This is the second time we tried the dish after we first noticed that the taste of the food had changed. My son even asked the waiter why the taste of his most favorite dish had changed and the waiter responded saying that there was a change of personel, in this case, the chef.
