Pizza Hut Ristorante - Kelapa Gading Mall 3 — Restaurant in Jakarta

After a long two to three-year pause from pizza, I decided to revisit Pizza Hut, and honestly, they still deliver! We ordered the Meat Lovers and Super Supreme, and both came out piping hot with the cheese perfectly melty and the toppings plentiful. It was a delightful, comforting pizza experience.

​The only minor downside is that the crust definitely felt like it was on the thicker, breadier side compared to other pizza styles, but that's pretty common for their popular style here in Indonesia. Despite that small detail, the overall taste was fantastic and entirely delightful.

​Tips for Visiting: The place is always busy, especially during rush hour, so people with low patience should be prepared for a wait. Also, note that they only offer chili sauce at the table, so you'll need to request ketchup specifically if you want it. It's kinda strange looking for salad in a pizza restaurant but that was exactly what I did. I was craving for delicious fresh salad in MKG and decided to have them at the Pizza Hut Ristorante. The name of the place might change a little bit for rebranding purposes, but it's still a fast food restaurant.

The salad bar was full of fresh ingredients, from vegetables, fruits, jelly, potato salad, macaroni and various dressings. One can stack up the ingredients to his/her liking. My preference is to drench the pile of salad with the sesame dressing.

I enjoyed the salad with, of course, pizza. American Favorite was my choice because I was sold on the meat and mushroom combo. The side pizza bread was perfect to be eaten with the salad.

Pizza Hut is probably the oldest global pizzeria chain in Indonesia. Like other players in the industry, Pizza Hut Indonesia maintains their high standard across their outlets throughout the nation, and this one in Kelapa Gading Mall is no exception.
