Edogin — Restaurant in Jakarta

Edogin locate in Mulia Hotel. First, once we get in this Japanese buffet restaurant, we surely can feel their nice environtment together with the good service. Place is big, clean and comfortable. They have fresh foods, sushi, sashimi, saikoro steak, rib eye steak, carvier, tempura, amazing ramen, rice, lots of dessert and ice cream! Those are really really good!! If you are wondering how is the taste of "real sushi" or sushi in Japan, then you can try their tuna sushi that I took the picture specially. Its two kind of tuna sushi, left one is amazing, called toro (fatty tuna sushi).. It just melted once it came to your mouth and the other one also nice which have more chewy taste. Their shells is also good. Don't forget to take their great ramen! You won't regret after you have it. For the dessert, if you like coffee, try their espresso jelly with creamer on top, and other, you can also get the mud chocolate cake.. All foods are include in the buffet menu but you need to pay for the drinks, they have beer tho.. OverAll...

i was with my family relative whom one of them have an autism disorder, he’s very silent and not disturbing anyone, yet the all the servants (even the who cooks behind the food bar) there staring at their son like he’s an alien... i know he may looks somewhat “off”, but it’s still very not innapropiate to stare at a guest like that... especially in restaurant this expensive and located in one of the most luxurious hotel in Jakarta (Hotel Mulia). Even the staffs of mcdonalds are much much nicer and polite when it comes to ethics and norms.. the food itself not very great, just average.. but i have more problem with the service more than the food itself, very bad experience.. i will never come back, even if someone invited me here i would be rather take them somewhere else.. i have many other choices of luxury restaurant in other restaurant that have more respectful staffs and with much better ethics when it comes to treating their guest (even the one whom have certain disorder /...

Its my first time to visit Edogin. My plan is taking my mom on her birthday to having a good lunch here with my aunt & uncle. I didn't expected that all the staffs here will served us with heart. Most 5stars hotel has an excellent service is a must & im aware of that since i also work in customer service industry, but Edogin... i didn't expected they did a very good job with personal touch with their customers. They kept calling us by our names, they kept offered us another dishes which not yet tried by us. Without telling our needs such as refill our drink, they sense it that we need another drink to fill our empty glasses. They know which person who has a birthday today even im not telling them the person (my mom) is the one who sitting next to me. Edogin, you treat us & welcoming us as your guest with a warm heart.
