Enatura — Restaurant in Jakarta

If you wish to eat healthy then this is the perfect place for you. My friend & I went here a few months ago when social distancing regulation still a bit strict. Before entering the premises, we were asked to show vaccine e-certificate. So, the health protocol is applied here.

The indoor area gives you the feeling of being at home. For my healthy lunch I ordered Marie Rose Bowl for small portion. I was surprised to see that the portion is bigger than I expected. Fresh vegetables with homemade thousand island sauce, really made my day.

My friends ordered Thai Dory Fish Salad, Enatura soft Taco (totally recommended, they are very generous with the filling), yoghurt berries parfait and sparkling water.

We went here for lunch. A bit surprised that we never saw this restaurant before despite passing the area many times.

Tried their Mexican Rice and the Superfood Salad, and oh goodness aren't the food awesome.

You can customize your protein in the Mexican rice (Chicken, salmon, beef) and the one we had (beef) is so good. You can also choose your sambal (Roja or Matah).

Superfood Salad is another level. It contains the mix lettuce, beetroot (so good), sweet corn, carrot, cucumber, cherry tomato, tempeh, with greek dressing. Salad portion is one of the biggest I've ever seen and at the pricetag I'd say this is the best deal I've ever had.

We went to discover this new place for us. First time in Jakarta we met this excellent service - young girl with good english did a great job! Food was fine, not something special, but ok for this price. By our opinion - maybe need more souses and taste. It was quite dry. Although I really liked that chefs followed my request for no onion/ no garlic / not spicy preference. The environment was also nice. Reminded me of Bali.
