Glosis Steak Puri indah — Restaurant in Jakarta

Used to eat glosis in when it was still in gadjah mada, i basically grew up with their white sauce. Finally got a chance to try glosis again, the last time they were still in puri indah mall. I usually ordered their chicken steak, but today i tried wiener schnitzel. The cut was pretty big and thin, with white sauce already poured and another cup of sauce, salad, and fries. The batter was thin and nicely cooked, but a little soggy from the poured sauce. Salad and chips were aight.

Their schnitzel tastes very similiar with their chicken steak, but a little bit more meaty. My group also ordered pork cordon bleu, chicken cordon bleu, beef frankfurter, and some extra salad. The salad came out first, and the rest came not long after. Serving time was about 20 mins.

I had a really satisfying meal at Glosis Puri Indah. I ordered the Chicken Gordon Bleu and Mushroom Soup, and both were delicious. The Chicken Gordon Bleu was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the cheese filling was just right — not too salty, but super flavorful. The Mushroom Soup was creamy and comforting, perfect as a starter.

The ambiance is warm and a bit nostalgic, ideal for a relaxing lunch or dinner. Service was fast and friendly — the staff made sure everything came out fresh and hot. Overall, a great spot if you’re in the mood for classic Western dishes done well. Definitely coming back to try other items...

So many times we came across this restaurant passing by on our way to the mall. Now we wished we would have visited it earlier. What a pleasant experience. Everything is fresh, good quality (meat, fish, juice and vegetables) and well cooked. For instance: I ordered my steak medium, it was medium cooked. And melted on my tongue. The menu has a variation of foods. Noticeable: the big mixed platter is for share, but if you are a meat lover like, just finish it on your own. Definitely will return here.
