[Drinks/Donuts/Food] Pretty good drinks. Price range is around 20-30k for a drink. Their donuts are delicious, and i really like the soft texture. Also if you buy any drink, they give you a free Glazy donut (and if you are lucky enough to get a warm Glazy donut, it's very delicious). I hope they introduce more drink varieties though. Recently they have been introducing meals (spaghetti, burgers, etc). I've only tasted spaghetti, it's pretty pricey, but it's very delicious. And the chef seems friendly. Planning to taste the burger sometime in the future.

[Service] Long time ago it was okay, but recently i feel like the workers have become more friendly. Thumbs up :) Sometimes there are tables that are not cleaned for a while though (i have to clean my table by myself), so i hope they can check the tables' cleanliness more frequently.

[Atmosphere] Pretty nice overall. For relaxation, or for working. There are some electrical outlets provided. They don't offer wi-fi yet (as of early 2025) but you can connect to the free wi-fi of the mall (the name is like "FreeBizNet" or something like that, i forgot). A webpage will be opened and you just need to click "enter" or something like that.

Overall, For the service is good as usual. But, I think one of the staffs here, in this case a woman, may need to lower down her tone when asking orders from customers. And when she said I have to wait for my orders since it hasn't been available yet, in fact she didn't even care about it. I have been waiting for one hour and there's no sign that my order has been made. Here's the thing, while waiting I also order some coffees and donuts for my dine in order. Then, just because I kind of reluctant to face her again, I asked the cashier instead, whether my order has been made or not. And the answer is not yet. But the cashier responded my request quickly, then my order was ready in just a few minutes. So please don't lower your service standard just because this...
