Located on the 2nd floor, on the way to the movie theatre and near the male musholla. As their standard ordering system, the customers are lined up facing the kitchen while bringing the provided trays. The staff member at the kitchen will then ask for the main orders and prepare them right away. If the main order needs time to process, they'll deliver them to your table, later.
Then, the customer proceed to the self-service zone, where they can pick their preferred snacks and desserts. At the end of the counter, of course, the cashier. They accept cash, cards, and online payments.
I ordered the chicken teriyaki rice bowl with a fried skewered shumai and a glass of refillable ocha/ lemon tea. Had to wait for about 5 mins. to get the rice bowl served. For dessert, I had the Hokkaido milk pudding. All the foods were up to the franchise's standards.
There's only one condiment station where you can collect chili flakes, chili powder, chili oil, sliced spring onion, fried flakes, chili sauce, ocha/ lemon tea in a dispenser, as well as the tableware. The open kitchen setup lets you watch your meal being prepared, adding a sense of warmth and authenticity. The broth is rich, the noodles perfectly chewy, and the tempura options are always crispy and well-seasoned.
On this particular visit, the place was pleasantly quiet, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. With no crowd and plenty of seating, it was easy to take my time and really enjoy the food. The calm atmosphere gave the feel of a peaceful lunch break amid the usually busy mall environment.
If youâre looking for a comforting Japanese meal in a relaxed setting, Marugame Udon at Puri Indah is a great pick. Consistent quality, quick service, and a clean, spacious environment make it a reliable choice whether youâre dining solo or...

The free one is Kake Udon ( a simple udon without topping) the taste was great but too salty for my liking, the portion is enough for me but if it's not promo I wouldn't buy this dish for 43K(without tax) it's not worth. Alright now the Niku Udon ( With sukiyaki beef) it's good really but because Niku and Kake have the same soup so the taste is similar. I ordered another one Niku Zaru Udon for takeaway it tastes really good but the toppings were too little except the beef it's okay portion.
The ambience was good, but I came after lunch so the garnish mostly only leftovers and the leftovers garnish scattered around the garnish table.
The service was amazing, the staff explained the soup very well for the people whom not used to eat...
