This resto serves traditional dishes from Makassar, such as conro soup, grilled or soup rip, buras, titi noodle etc and also dessert such as pisang ijo ice, pallu butung ice etc. At this Tebet area they have two place with lie in opposite side of the street. What I like most is the grilled ribs. The taste is so great with the combination of peanut sauce and dark soup, and perfected with chili pickle (unfortunately they don't serve the chili pickle anymore). But it's okay. The dessert pisang ijo ice (means green banana) is also my favorite one. Banana covered with thin green layer of rice powder, placed upon a layer of sweet rice porridge and then again covered with ice and the last poured with syrup.... Describing this desserts makes me wanting it again. The place ia recommendes to dine alone or with familynor group of colleagues. They accept debit and credit cards also. They have out door ans indoor seating. But the aircond in the indoor need more service becaise it's not to cold, so many cusyomer prefer to sit...

As the name suggested, this restaurant's signature dishes are from South Sulawesi. I tried Coto Makassar and it was delicious. The thickness of broth, the texture and flavour reminds me of my hometown. Instead of rice, I had it with Buras, and these two combined are bombs! Buras was perfectly cooked, not too hard not too soft, it was also tasty. Very authentic.

I notice that they offer so many cuisine other than south sulawesi, like black pepper beef, hokian noodle, seafoods, etc. I will update my review later if I come back and try one of these. For dessert, they offer es pallu butung; snack: putu cangkir and jalangkote. Gosh I wish they serve Barongko as well, that'll be perfect.

Location of restaurant, is strategic. Easy to find the parking area. I like that the restaurant has no walls so it is very open space, smokers friendly. Dine in before 7 pm. Very...
