We visited Madame Mai for a weekday lunch. Located on the ground floor of WTC 5, the dining hall is fairly large, but the low ceiling and the crowd that starts to come around noon - typical for an office building- make it cramped and noisy.
We were curious to try this place due to its high 4.7☆ rating, but we found it to be overrated. Our experience was rather ordinary.
The friendliness, service, vibe, and comfort all received 3☆.
As for the food, we ordered the 🥖 banh mi combo (3☆), 🥞 flan cake dessert (4☆), and com tam or broken rice with mixed dishes (3☆). Overall, the value for money was 3☆.
Cleanliness also received 3☆. It would be more hygienic if the staff wore masks, as we observed them talking loudly (due to the crowd) while carrying food right in front of it. Hopefully, this will be taken seriously by the restaurant’s management. 🙏🏼 Cheers...

For four people, we spent about $590k (tax and service included). We ordered three premium beef pho, one beef rice dish, two skewers, one viet spring roll, and some delicious-tasting Thai tea jelly for our drinks.
Rich meat and a generous portion size in the Pho may instantly fill you up. Although the beef rice appears little, it is actually rather filling. The flavours of the two dishes are quite rich.
A clean and pleasant atmosphere, along with a very helpful and polite staff, make this...
Read moreTasty pho bo with spicy hints on the broth. Finally try this Vietnamese national fave in this mall / restaurant. We order papaya mango salad as entre (even tough it comes out after the main dish) but it’s ok, understandable cause we re in 3rd day of Eid Mubarak, might be they have low staff. But the salad tastes good ! Bit soggy but well spiced and crunchy onions with peanuts really compliment the taste even makes more balance. The pho is very good but adding bit carbs not hurt the dish I think. The vegetarian pho is surprisingly good ! Delicious just like non vegetarian. For the drinks i like more kumquats tea better than Viet original lemongrass tea. The staff also very friendly...
