McDonald's Puri Kembangan — Restaurant in Jakarta

The food is quite good. Nothing's really spectacular, just like your regular fast food type of meal. My favorite is for sure the fried chicken. The taste is really good, but sadly the thickness of the crispy layer is too much sometimes. Another thing is, sometimes it can be served cold, which can be disappointing. The apple pie is also good. Crispy and sweet. My least favorite is the mac (burger). Somewhat just bland. Can't really compare it to other brands. Talking about the place. It is fairly modern but the cleanliness can be inconsistent sometimes. The service is just decent. Nothing spectacular. The atmosphere? When it isn't crowded it feels just fine. Like any regular fast food restaurant. Lastly, is it worth it to eat here? Overall, for me it is. It isn't that expensive and the food is nice and the place...

I particularly hate this branch of mcdonald's. I've always known their drive through is slow and the customer has to take a parking ticket even though they have a drive through transaction. In the past, once you get a stamp from the drive through cashier, you won't have to pay for parking. But there's this annoying new rule of max 15 minutes for drive through. I've just been there and they took almost 20 minutes to process my order, and I have to pay for the parking ticket. It's like they fail their own SLA but I am the one taking the consequences. Oh, and when I went there, there was this cute promise of 100 seconds of processing time or I'll get a free drum stick fried chicken. Let's say, apparently...

I come here very often and the table place are very different than before because it's still in pandemic covid so every table only 2 person allowed with range, when we order also only one person allowed while the others need to wait at their seat for paid the bill it's being suggest to use debit card instead of cash and the food will be deliver by staff in their seat. I rarely dissapointed with their service, but of course there's a minus when the food we are waiting take too long to make or they forgot to make our order, the parking lot quite big and mostly motorcycle but I guess it's fine sometimes the one who brings motorcycle to but mcd is the one buy food a lot and more...
