Momo Paradise is a real hidden gem I discovered a few years back, and it has become my ultimate go-to comfort food when I need a little pick-me-up.
Their three branches at MKG, PI, and Senopati are all amazing, but I must admit, I like MKG brach better.
Even if you opt for the most affordable cuts of meat, trust me, they'll still blow your taste buds away! The cheapest meat at Momo Paradise is on par with the most expensive ones you'd find elsewhere, believe it or not! 🥩🤯
For the soup, I prefer sukiyaki because I find the shabu-shabu broth a bit bland. With sukiyaki, try dipping the meat into a raw egg mixture (by the way, they use omega eggs, so it's safe to eat raw). It becomes so creamy and sweet, and the taste is just fantastic!
For an extra burst of flavor, request some ramen or udon cooked in the sukiyaki broth and don't forget to pair it with their delectable peanut sauce – a true flavor bomb! 🍜🥜💣
Dessert time is pure bliss with their lemon ice cream and choco chip vanilla ice cream combo. The freshness of the lemon and the richness of the choco chip vanilla will leave you in dessert heaven. 🍨🍋🍫
Oh, and don't fret about the price! It's absolutely worth it for the exceptional quality and experience they provide...
Read moreWe've been coming to momo paradise senopati location for quite some times as we loved their shabushabu BUT we won't be coming back ever again!! Today we went to the restaurant around noon and ordered spicy miso soup, as we're about 20mins in, we found a PLASTIC SPOON from the soup that we were eating!! We were shocked so told the waiter and they replaced the soup but we've already lost appetite by then. We asked for manager, a woman "senior staff" showed up instead, and told us its a spoon that uses for chilly powder in the kitchen 🤮 and her whole attitude made seem like was not a big deal at all. So I told her once again to bring the manager then finally a male manager came and said sorry but we didn't see any customer service whatsoever. We're shocked that we found a PLASTIC SPOON in the soup but we're even more upset at how they handled the situation and how they acted like its not a big deal. Becasus of their unacceptable attitude, I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
Read moreOne of the best shabu/sukiyaki shop for all buffet lovers. They serve high quality meat even the entry level option up to marbled wagyu option. I’ve tried all their options, everything is justified. Splurge wagyu on your special events or gajian. Pick the cheapest one if you just wanted fulfill your crave for shabu. I usually pick mix broth (shabu + sukiyaki), extra 100K charged. I believe they have other soup type like tomyum or colagen, I forgot. The kimchi one I like, but they don’t have it anymore. I go to this restaurant like at least once in couple weeks, mostly in their first shop at PIK. Veggies selection are great, horenso, ginseng leaves, chinese cabbage, pok choy, etc. dipping sauce you can mix your own, usually consist of ponzu, grated yam, grated garlic, scallions, and chilis. I add goma dare (sesame sauce) for extra flavor. Dip your sukiyaki meat on raw eggs for creamy taste and with negi all is wonderful....
