Bought 2 units of Ariston Water Heater Andris Series AN2 TOP WIFI and had to wait for a week before products are finally being sent. Had to further wait 3 days for the installation schedule and yet the technician failed to show up. A day after we received the admin confirmation on the next installation schedule but again, the technician failed to show up on agreed timeframe.
We then tried to contact their customer service to ask for refund and only met with an ignorant and incompetent customer service. Their WhatsApp number can be considered non existent since they provide no clear and concise answers and if somehow their WhatsApp is not responding for more than 10 minutes, everything got reset and you have to start over from the beginning. Please keep in mind, the ones that is idle and not responding is theirs, not ours. We do this process for more than 4 times and even still, we have received no adequate response from them.
After all those back and forth communication, Electronic City could only gave us the refund minimum 14 WORKING days and Maximum 30 WORKING days, a term we just could accept since basically they have not told us of the refunding policy before we made the purchase nor it mentioned anywhere on the invoice that they’ve sent us. Again, we tried to challenge the issue but until this review is publicized, no further explanation has ever been addressed to us.
Our personal advice is to stay clear from electronic city since there is no additional benefit or incentive in shopping there. There are other offline stores or even online stores where you can get the same product with lower price but with customer services that are care and treat you as a human being rather than just as a number on their...

Regrettably, there appears to be a lack of clear information or signage regarding the cost associated with parking and entering the premises, particularly during the evening hours when a flat rate of 50,000 IDR is imposed. To exacerbate matters, my brief stop just to pick a passenger of approximately 5 minutes resulted in an unexpected demand for 50,000 IDR upon exit, simply because it was past 10 PM. This experience was profoundly bewildering.
Further, the egress process was extraordinarily time-consuming, consuming an additional 15 minutes, due to the presence of only one exit gate and limited staff assistance. It was particularly frustrating to observe that motorcyclists appeared to receive priority during the exit process while I was using a car at the time.
I wish to emphasize that while I understand and respect the parking regulations in place, it is imperative that the management addresses these ISSUES promptly. The installation of clear SIGNAGE and improved communication of parking fees would greatly be fair for the visitors.
