Overall the food's quality is an Ok rate, but the quality of the service is BAD. The staff need to be taught how to serve customer, how to explain product and not to corner the customer. And this restaurant is too commercial! You only can put 5 item for every order by application with each of service cost and tax every time you input order!
We understand that it is a business but with the staffs' quality this restaurant has now I dont think the customer will enjoy dining. I must say your staff show lack of both good gestures and words. For example trying to explain words "a la cárte" ends up meremehkan customer. And please do not push customer to choose "buffet" over "a la cárte" with even some WRONG EXPLANATIONS let the customer choose and staff provide right explanation whenever needed. Coz at the end of the day it is the customer who decide.
So Please upgrade your staffs' quality!!! It is the hospitality with service of excellent that win customers heart!

I went with my little brother and the service was bad from the start. Our orders came late or were incomplete, and we had to keep asking just to get our food. We called the waiter several times, but they either just nodded or told us to keep waiting, without actually helping. We were left sitting with nothing on the table for a long time, and it felt like we were being ignored. They even served another table before us even though we ordered first. No one said sorry.
