Pizza Marzano — Restaurant in Jakarta

The Italian restaurant's pizza was a huge disappointment, given their reputation and widespread presence in Indonesia. Despite personally picking up my beef pepperoni and mozzarella pizza to avoid any potential delivery issues, it was still hard and cold by the time I reached home, even though I only live two minutes away from the mall. On top of that, the pizza was incredibly dry and lacked cheese, indicating that it may have been sitting around for hours. In fact, I had to reheat it in the oven before I could even attempt to enjoy it. This was undoubtedly the worst pepperoni cheese pizza I have ever tasted, and to make matters worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. To add to my concerns, I also ordered the Tiramisu, and I'm now apprehensive to try it. Fingers crossed!

Horrible service / customer service . I went to order take away : 1 chicken Caesar salad 1 baked penne pasta . Paid and left . Came back after 20 min , the same girl who took my order came to me to ask me if I want to order 🤦🏻‍♀️ I explain that I have already ordered and paid just want to get my food . Of course it wasn’t ready , after another 15 minutes of waiting inside the restaurant I went to the waitress and ask her about the order . Her answer was : oh we ran out of chicken for the salad and we were waiting for you to come to tell us if we can replace with chicken ham or smoked beef 🤦🏻‍♀️ I told her I’ve been here waiting no one came to tell me about this situation . I took just the pasta which was already cold and left . This is third time when they are screwing the orders especially for take away ! Never...

When I came here there was a pizza making event for kids and it took like all the good tables in the restaurant, but for some reason they still took customers, so I ended up being seated in the back with a bunch of pizza boxes and no air from AC. This is really disappointing because the food was good, I tried the salad (I forgot the name) it was nice but had too much eggs and potatoes. The pizza also sooo good, I tried the spicy one with sweet and spicy jerky (I really recommend it!). The price is okay for the quality even though the drinks are quite expensive.
