On April 2nd, 2023, I had planned a perfect day out with my family and friends at a nearby restaurant. We had booked & pay our menu in advance and had even requested a baby chair through WhatsApp. I was relieved to know that the restaurant had a provision for baby chairs, and I looked forward to spending quality time with my loved ones.
However, as soon as we arrived, things started to go wrong. The staff seemed polite at first, but as soon as we sat down, we noticed that there was no baby chair at our table. I asked the staff about the baby chair that I had requested earlier, but they told me that they didn't have any at the moment.
I was starting to feel frustrated, but I tried to stay positive. I thought to myself that it would be okay, as long as we got the baby chair soon. However, the wait seemed to stretch on forever, and there was still no sign of a baby chair.
Finally, I noticed some beautiful plastic baby chairs outside the restaurant. They looked comfortable and sturdy, and I thought that they would be perfect for my 10-month-old baby. I approached one of the staff and asked if we could have a baby chair like the ones outside. The staff member nodded and said that he would get one for us.
But when the staff member returned, he had brought a wooden baby chair that was not suitable for my baby. It was too big and bulky, and my baby's feet kept slipping out of the leg holes. I tried to adjust the chair, but it was of no use, and my baby seemed very uncomfortable. I felt my frustration and anxiety building up inside me.
I approached the staff again and requested the same baby chair that I had seen outside. But to my dismay, they said that they did not have any. I looked at the family that had booked the table outside with the baby chair, and I noticed that their children were too big for the baby chair, and they had swept it with mine, leaving me with no excuse or reason.
I couldn't understand why the staff was not accommodating and showed favoritism towards the family that had booked the table outside.
It was a terrible experience for me and my baby, and I couldn't help but wonder why the restaurant didn't have the same baby chairs available for all customers, especially when it concerned the comfort and safety of young children. I felt that the staff was not attentive to our needs, and I left the restaurant feeling...

The menu showcases the richness of Indonesian cuisine. Each dish, especially the Beef Rendang and Gado-Gado, was a testament to the careful blend of spices and fresh ingredients. The rendang's tender meat and the gado-gado's refreshing mix with creamy, spicy peanut sauce were standouts.
The commitment to high-quality ingredients is evident in every bite. The service is also remarkable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff.

We waited for almost 30 mins for our Lodeh Salmon and there were hair on our rice, they quickly replaced our rice with a new portion but half of the salmon that was on the same plate was gone without a trace.
Called one the supervisor in charge and all we got was sorry and thanks for our input. In the end we were still charged for the full portion, that is 149K before tax and service for less than half a portion
We also ordered their signature Tahu Telor which came after 40 mins and it tasted bland but pretty to look at though.
The floor that we sat in was also a bit slippery and oily probably because due to it being near the kitchen and not...
