With very deep disappointment, I must say that the food quality dropped significantly after this restaurant moved from a small one at LG to a new location on the 3rd floor !
A modern new look and much better location could not cured my disappointment of worse food taste and quality 🥲.
I order my fav. Tom Yam soup ! The shrimps as well as fish were NOT fresh as it used to. The taste just sour and lack of enough spices. So sorry to say that it's really NOT GOOD !
Wondering if you have replaced the Chef or the Manager of the restaurant. I asked the waiter to call the manager to convey my concerns, but after waiting for 30 minutes He/She did not show up until I left. My visited was on Sunday Sept. 1 2024 around 4:30 PM.
I have been a loyal customer for many years when this restaurant was just a small one on LG floor. None of Thai Street restaurant served a good food freshness and taste like they served here.
I could not standed to say again as my previous review which saying: "The BEST Thai Street restaurant in Jakarta. The food were excellent. Clean preparation, friendly waiters. Worth the money. Don't miss happy hour 3 - 5 PM, Look what you can get...

Since we didn’t want to eat too much, we only ordered a Thai Boat Noodle to share, along with a few drinks and dessert.
When the food arrived, everything seemed fine at first—the broth tasted okay—until my wife bit into a meatball that was still completely frozen. We immediately asked the waiter why it was that cold.
The waiter apologized and took the dish back to the kitchen. However, we were never told whether the dish was freshly remade, just reheated, or if the bitten meatball was replaced. About 10 minutes later, the soup came back to our table with the meatball cut open in the middle. This was especially surprising since it was just a regular weekday evening and the restaurant was not very busy.
Overall, the taste of the Thai Boat Noodle was just okay, but we felt it would have been better if the restaurant had clearly explained whether the dish was replaced with a new one, or perhaps offered us a small gesture of goodwill while we waited. Hopefully, this can be improved...
