Good Ambience, Unique Pancake Selection, Nice Interior, VERY IMMATURE SERVICES - need a lot of improvement. We decided to be here for afternoon meeting after looking at the nice interior design and unique pancake product that they offered. 1st inpression was ok until we were be seated. We asked for the menu, order the Independence Day Special Mango Pancake Promotion which look very temptinv in the picture. We asked Jun the Male Order Taker what kind of healthy beverage options do they serve then he said they do not have any healthy option. So i asked him what about their smoothies, he said it is not healthy option because it served with symple syrup. Then i asked him if they can serve me without sugar and he said they can. Which mean they can serve healthy smoothies without sugar. So actually he has to improve his selling skills. Then more dissapointment came when i asked Yogi the Manager if he can help us to open the existing electricity plug on the floor since we only have 1 exisitinf plug available at the sofa and we have 2 lap tops need extra electricity plugs. He said the floor exisiting electricity plug on the floor is not working and our table only might use 1 existing on the sofa. So i asked Yogi, the manager if we can use T Extra Electricity Plug so we can have extra plugs. He said it is not prohibited by the Plaza Senayan Building Management to Use T Electricity Plug. Then i asked him what about the working table at the corner that have multi plugs cable extensions with extra T Electricity plug then he said. It is allowed only for the computer. Then i asked Yogi, the manager back that we will also use it for computer then he said more excuses that it is only allowed to have 1 Extra T Electricity plug here. The answer was not consistent and for me as an Outlet Manager HE IS FAILED to provide mature sercice to the customer. He has to improve his customer service and communication skills. Specially since Plaza Senayan is one of the most trusted mall in town that has been established with MATURE service and have selected market visitors. We might be young, lack of experience BUT it is not acceptable when you keep creating excuses to your customer, specially it was not make sense EXCUSES 😁😁😁😁😁. If they stay like this and will not improve the service specially when the manager can not lead the team by example.......this outlet will not make it, will not be able to...

The Pancake Co by Dore offers very fluffy Japanese-style pancakes with their own flair; infused cheese!

Texture-wise, it's heavenly. It's nothing like the pancakes we have around here. The softness is another level as it melts every time it enters your insides. Taste-wise? Also heavenly. The toppings & pancake complement each other like band mates, it's a performance featuring The Fluffy Pancake, The Maple Syrup, The Ice Cream, and The Nama Cream.

Waiting time might be gruesome for some people, as perfection takes time. Around 20-30 minutes for plate. I suggest you bring someone you can talk to for those waiting times. This tip applies for both waiting on the meal & waiting to get a table.

The price is also not on the cheap side, but I'd say it's worth every penny.
