My visit to this establishment was somewhat disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming, but as the evening went on, I found their demeanor to be less than warm and welcoming. In fact, when I requested an ashtray, the server responded in a way that felt quite rude. It was a small incident, but it left a lasting impression on me. Additionally, there was a lot of chatter and noise among the staff which was quite distracting and added to the overall feeling of being uncomfortable.
Despite these issues with the staff, the physical space itself was quite elegant and spacious. The diner-style tables were adequately spaced from one another, creating a comfortable atmosphere. However, these positives were overshadowed by the poor customer service that I received.
Overall, I would still recommend this establishment, but I would do so with caution. If you are someone who cannot tolerate anything less than good customer service, or if you are having a bad day and are particularly sensitive to rudeness, then I would suggest finding a different place to dine. Based on my experience, as well as other reviews I have read, it seems that this establishment may benefit from a full staff reshuffle, or at the very least, some retraining of the floor staff in order to improve the overall...
Read moreRecommended by a friend. Wolf's for company casual dinner, my company's C level is visiting Jakarta for the first time. So yea you might guess the kind of dining atmosphere we are looking for. Booking was fine, double checking whether there is live perfomance music or not, music starts at 8 pm they said. Arrived at 6, soloist is in the middle of her geek, have to ask restaurant to turn the volume down a bit. Food? Okay, nothing special. Speaking of hospitality, one of the worst ever. Staffs keep on making mistake while taking orders, food didnt show up immediately (barely saw other guests around, consider it very less packed, beverages all shows on mistake, even napkins and sauces takes 2 hours to come up. English breakfast by TG, turns out Treeta label hanging on your tea pot. (Scam?) Residing on non-smoking spot, more likely non-waitress spot. Barely can see any of them stand by. Not to mention most of the parking lot is restricted just for valet, secure parking ticketing system is applied, yet securities whining for not...
Read moreFirst time visiting Wolf with my family. Love the fancy design of the interior and exterior wise. While entering, the waiter was super friendly and welcoming.
Food: I order Fried Kwetiau, Spaghetti aglio olio, potato skin, and french fries. The kwetiau goreng with lapcheong was very fragrant and flavourful. Spaghetti aglio olio was full with a bit of gravy of prawn flavour and delivering an Asian version of aglio olio.
Drinks: Order a whisky, cocktail and tea.
Service: Fantastic 5 out 5 service from the waiters. All of them were friendly, interactive and kind. One of the waiter even wipe clean a drop of liquid on our table. That perfection!
Atmosphere: Although you can smoke inside but Wolf installed a lot of air conditioner and air vents to filter the smoke out. They also installed some type of perfume that kept the place to always smell good.
Thank you so much for great service guys!
Definitely coming back again with my family. Keep up...
