Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid this place.

We ordered food at 7:45 PM – it finally arrived after nearly 90 minutes, without a single update, explanation, or apology. The staff were visibly overwhelmed, but the restaurant wasn’t even full. When we politely asked for a status update, we were completely ignored.

And when the food did show up? • The kids’ meal looked like a joke: five fries, two tiny nuggets, and a sad swirl of ketchup. • The cheeseburger came with a cold slice of cheese just thrown on top – not even slightly melted – as if they gave up halfway through.

We left disappointed, hungry, and frustrated. This place has no business calling itself a restaurant. Service is non-existent, and what you get after waiting over an hour is a complete insult. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.

...............Terrace Restaraunt @ Candidasa................... Today we had the most enjoyable lunch with Kristine and Andy from Oz. From Baguettes to Bruschetta to the Specials all were simply delicious & with a great view of the ocean and beyond thrown in. A special thank you to Putu in the kitchen, Robbie, Komang and new staff Nengah on tables for that special treatment the team always give. Of course not to forget Putu and Management and Brad for the guidance they give to staff and their help to guests. A final note is here is a great place also for a decent size cup of coffee.

We stayed at Bayshore for 10 nights and ate at the Terrace Restaurant for most of our meals. The food is lovely and very reasonably priced and the portion sizes are perfect. The setting is lovely with ocean views and the gentle sea breeze ensures a comfortable outdoor dining experience. The staff are very attentive and I have a sensitive stomach and have to avoid certain foods. When the staff were asked about ingredients they knew straight up what was in each dish and if they had to modify for me it was never an issue. Highly recommend you try it out and also it’s a fabulous place to stay during your time...
