As a local guide for Serpong Area, I am pleased to share my experience dining at Ma Bowl, a Japanese restaurant located in Paramount Serpong, Tangerang. The moment I stepped inside the restaurant, I was captivated by the dark brown Japanese-themed decor. Dulu discovered tempat ini karena lg bingung mau makan apa. Pas pertama x nyoba wah enak banget + worth it dengan harga dan porsi yg d dapet. Mulailah rekomendasiin temen2 buat dateng nyobain, dan tbh mereka juga suka & suka dateng. Tapi tempat ini suka sepi karena posisinya yg nyempil dan ga terlalu keliatan. Beberapa bulan lalu MaBowl jadi sepi. Bener2 sepi banget. Dan suka dateng beberapa x, tp menu2 makanannya suka ga ada. Katsu ga ada Salmon juga ga ada. Tmn juga jadi males dateng karena katanya juga menu makanan kesukaan dy “salmon” kebanyakan ga ada setiap dy dateng.

Kemarin2 ini sy dateng lagi ke sini. Waitress nya udah ganti. Dan 22nya baru pernah sy liat. Jelasin pomo menu salah2 dan ga jelas. Kedua x dateng, waitress yg satu nya juga sama. Tawarin promo, pas d omongin soal promo malah bilang ga bisa, karena bukan hari Jumat, Sabtu, Minggu. Itu sy udah mulai kesel karena jarak antara terakhir sy dateng sama skrng ada sekitaran 2 mingguan, tp kok waitress ga ngerti promo yg ada d resto nya?

Terakhir sy dateng k sana, sy udh pesimis, kerena udh 2x keki dgn 2 waitress baru itu. Tp ya udah lah suami sy mau makan d sana. Ternyata pas order aman2 aja. Eh pas mau bayar sy kesel lagi, waitress sama lagi sama yg terakhir sy dateng. Kamis promo katsu upgade k paket. Sy mau pesen itu, mba nya udh bilang “iya”. Suami sy liat ada promo 30% happy hour. Dy juga bilang “iya bisa”. Ternyata pas bayar yg promo thursday nya ga bisa. Bagi sy masalah duit ga masalah. Yg sy permasalahin masalah komunikasi nya. Kasih tau promo tuh yg bener. Masa dari terakhir sy dateng sampe yg ketiga x ini waitress nya ga ngerti promo2nya? Orng bilang, iya kak pilih salah satu promo nya. Ini ga, bilang bisa2 aja. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Sy komplain k IG MaBowl, entah knp beberapa saat kemudian sy d kasih complimentary nori sama es teh manis. Yg lucu nya “harus review google dulu” 😂

Kok jadi seakan2 nih dgn kesalahan mereka mau memperbaiki image d kasih complimentary, tp harus review google biar review nya bagus.

Dan sy udh bilang suami sy. Sy ga bakal pernah mau makan D MaBowl lagi. To be honest makananya enak, cocok d sy dan suami. Nothing to be complain of.

We went here past lunch time so it wasn’t crowded at all, place is clean and service is really good. They were informative and food did not take too long to be served. Interior is also decorated nicely. Taste overall is really good! We ordered several dishes and they all tasted good. Especially for katsu, this is one of the good ones as it isnt dry at all. Personal best would be the garlic beef, the meat is tender and juicy. Totally reccomend you to try the garlic one. Salmon teriyaki is also really good, the teriyaki sauce is not thick but its very flavorful, skin is crispy and meat is tender- perfect combo.
