Bull's Coffee Jimbaran — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

As a regular and as coffee person, their coffee is good. I like it. Place is small but very comfortable. However, service has a lot of rooms to improve. They don't recognize regular customer (i mean, i come almost everyday) and anticipation is quite poor (when i ordered for takeaway they don't immediately offer paperbag (until i asked). Today esp annoying bcause i won't be able to take all these takeaways with my hands yet I have to pay for the paperbag (which is ok actually but it's hard when you only bring ur phone and have to do the payment using QR). There are other things, but I suggest you take a tour to other established coffee shops. Many of them did great with service even though some of their coffee is just ok. Service is equally...

coffee was one of the worst i’ve had in bali 😢 very watered down. disappointing for a place that sells mainly coffee. when i told them i didn’t like it, they said if i want to change the coffee, i will have to purchase a new cup. very unlike most cafes that want the customer to be satisfied. I will not be back.

I ordered a delivery from Bull's Coffee... Fast response and delivery right on time. First try with this place but it's definitely not going to be my last. I ordered iced café latte and it's every bit as good as a latte should be. The presentation of the latte in a DIY rebuild milk carton was super cute and very creative. Nothing goes to waste, yay. I wasn't really hungry but when I saw the bagel selection of the menu I couldn't help myself. No regrets! A bad buy of a bagel was delivered dripping with melted cheese, bread, egg and bacon inside was all insanely delicious. One word only! WOOOW! Kudos to Bull's Coffee... I'm definitely gonna pay...
