Bulls Head Steakhouse — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

We just ordered from here. The tacos were tasty. The rendang was too spicy, but to be fair, they said that it would be spicy, my wife ended up eating it, but since I can get rendang from other restaurants and have it be only slightly spicy for my western palate, that was just them not being willing to make it less spicy for someone with stomach issues. The roast lamb sandwich was lacking any real flavor, the lamb itself was about 1/2 to 2/3 fat and only a little meat. The tomatoes on the sandwich were green and only a slight hint of red in places. The soup had a nice flavor, but most of the soup was either bones or fat of the meat. The portions were tiny and the prices were expensive.

Now for the reason for the instant 1 star review, but would be 0 if I could.

THEY IGNORED MY FOOD ALLERGIES.

Honestly, I'm coughing as I'm writing this as my throat is irritated. My fingers and lips itch. I had to inform my wife that if it gets worse, then take me to the hospital and tell them I ingested something I am allergic to. But I'm still breathing, so most likely it was just cross contamination of something else. Either way, put my life at risk and you will never get business from me ever again and you will instantly get the lowest possible review.

What does this mean for cross-contamination, though? This is a Muslim country. This means that if they have any pork in the restaurant? I GUARANTEE that you will get pork particles mixed in with your food. If you are allergic to anything that they might have in the building? Well, enjoy your allergic reaction.

A simple affordable steak house in Jimbaran! 🥩🍻

Finally find such a place in Jimbaran. Know this place from friend of a friend of mine, his usual Sunday brunch hangout place.

Just a little steakhouse place yet cozy. Located near by Jimbaran Beach, just a walking distance. You won't missed, easy to find.

Even the place semi-outdoor yet you won't feel hot. They even put a fan in the toilet .. to make it cooler in a hot sunny day. The restaurant is clean and the set up is quite relaxing and comfy, could sit there for hours. The staff are amazing, they know what they doing, polite, friendly and efficient. I met the owner, super nice and friendly guy 😊 The menu is simple. Ordered a steak and for what is worth ~ it was tender and juicy and taste gooooood 🤤 and the roast pork also delicious. And the beer ... is coooold one 😎

If you are in Jimbaran area, is worth to visit 😃 because I would definitely...

Me and my family were out cruising and i saw the Steakhouse by the wayside. We decided to stop by for a bite to eat. Something i don't regret. The tenderloin steak 🥩 was great. Thick, fat and juicy, not to mention tender. My wife had beef rendang, and the portion was enormous. My daughter had chicken 🐔 and fries. Because i stole a lot of her fries we had to order fries again. My tenderloin steak had mash potatoes, which i don't particularly like. Maybe it's more ideal with potato fries along with the steak, but one can order on the side.

I thoroughly enjoyed Bulls Head Steakhouse. The food was very good, service and atmosphere were enjoyable. And i will probably go there again.
