I am not sure where I am supposed to start this review.
Before you enter the club, you will see on their sign that there are no minimum spend/head. When we entered, they told us every seating has minimum spend depending on the location we choose. I had been to many beach club all over the world, I feel its fair enough to have a charge. What I didnt like was the misrepresentation which lure guests in and service crew wasn't too polite when informing us about this. It was as if there were snobbish about our ability to spend.
There are no individual shower facilities/changing room. I have to rinse myself in the public and then moved to WC to change.
Next, we went to the beach and their pool, when I was done I wanted to take a seat at my own table. Then I was told rudely to not sit with my wet swimsuit. Next I took my own water bottle to have a slip of water and I was also stopped by the crew there as I wasn't aware that I am not allowed. It was like all the service crew hired were some sort of police watching your every move and stopping you rudely. Even when I apologized for not knowing, the staff simply walked away without any smile.
Then 1 of our companions started to feel queasy 2 hours after leaving the beach club. And the rest of us started having stomach upset and vomiting 4-6 hours after consuming food there. Some of us recovered on the next day however 1 of travel companion wasn't so lucky. She was sick for 2 days which affected her first trip in Bali.
All in all, I doubt I will ever come back to this beach club.
I didn't wanna leave a review on the service and attitude of the service crew. However after 1 of our companions falling sick, I just had to make this aware that this place lack of service and food...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Beach Club Minoo in South Bali, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. I was captivated by its charming and natural ambiance. The interior design, adorned with beautiful wooden furniture, exuded a sense of tranquility and elegance.
The dining experience at Beach Club Minoo was nothing short of exceptional. The menu boasted a wide array of delectable dishes, each prepared with the utmost care and creativity. Every bite was a burst of flavors that left my taste buds wanting more.
What truly stood out during my visit was the impeccable service, exemplified by a waiter named Ari. While enjoying my time at the beach club, I unfortunately injured my foot. Ari went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Not only did he promptly attend to my needs, but he also displayed genuine empathy and concern throughout the entire ordeal. His assistance and kindness made me feel valued as a guest and enhanced my overall experience at Beach Club Minoo.
Beyond the remarkable food and exceptional service, Beach Club Minoo also boasted breathtaking views of the pristine beach and crystal-clear waters. The tranquil atmosphere, coupled with the soothing sound of waves crashing, created a serene and idyllic setting that truly allowed me to unwind and relax.
In conclusion, Beach Club Minoo in South Bali deserves every bit of its five-star rating. The tasteful and natural interior design, the delightful culinary offerings, and the outstanding service provided by Ari and the staff truly make it a standout destination. Whether you're seeking a serene escape or a memorable dining experience, Beach Club Minoo is the perfect place to indulge your senses and create...
Read moreWORST HOSPITALITY EVER!!! I have never experienced such appalling service in any club, resort, or restaurant before. We went to Minoo Beach Club to check out the vibe and food options before attending the Kecak dance performance nearby. Right at the entrance, we were told there was a minimum spend to enter — fair enough, but we asked if we could just take a quick look first. Security allowed us in, saying we could “see and come out.”
Inside, the club was tiny, with a small pool and nothing remotely exciting compared to the large pools and luxury of nearby resorts. The food menu looked okay, so we planned to come back for dinner after the show.
The absolute nightmare started when my 5-year-old needed to use the toilet. My husband took him inside, and I went in as well — only to be stopped immediately by staff, who demanded we spend money in the club first. When I explained we were just checking the vibe and would return later, the staff called a so-called supervisor who was extremely rude, insisting I needed her permission to use the toilet. She argued, shouted, and claimed “these are not public toilets” — despite being a place open to tourists.
The disrespect, arrogance, and complete lack of basic hospitality were shocking. After further arguing, I was threatened with security, yelled at by the staff who had originally let us in, and left feeling frustrated and humiliated. This club is clearly all about money, not service or guest experience.
Bottom line: If you value basic respect, hospitality, and a pleasant experience, stay far away from this club. I will never return or recommend...
