Oliverra — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

Love the atmosphere of the restaurant from the complementary buggy service up to the vibe and music of the place. The venue was gorgeous,quiet,clean and neat with such a great view of the coast on the outside seating, we came after sunset so we weren’t able to see it however we are almost certain that the sunset would’ve been awesome to see. The food was absolutely amazing, The presentation was beautiful and very tasty. Eating starts with freshly baked bread followed by a palate cleanser, and then our ordered food came. Lastly the staff was absolutely phenomenal, from the moment we entered they were kind,cheerful and all smiles. Our waitress (which i unfortunately did not the name of) was very informative of the dishes and venue as well as kind and patient with us We celebrated our friends birthday and the staff was so kind as to handle our cake that we had ordered outside.As well as add writing for us which we deeply appreciate. All the staff was so energetic and just as excited as we were to be celebrating our friends birthday which we all will be remembering for a long while. We were trying to decide where to have dinner and ended up at Oliverra, hoping to enjoy a nice meal with a beautiful sunset view. And honestly? It was the perfect choice. The staff were so welcoming, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. But the real highlight? The stunning sunset through the huge windows—absolutely unforgettable.

The food was just as amazing. We had the salmon starter, beef steak, and vongole, and every dish was cooked to perfection. The seasoning was spot on—not too strong, not too light—just perfect. We kept saying how much we loved every bite!

To top it all off, our server Aris made the evening even better. He was friendly, fun, and spoke great English, which made everything super comfortable. He even took some photos and videos for us with the sunset in the background. I felt a little awkward at first, but the pictures turned out so well that I was genuinely impressed!

April 9, 2025. Taisiia I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. I mentioned it when making the reservation, hoping for at least a little attention and a warm attitude. Unfortunately, the reality was quite the opposite.

Throughout the evening, the staff asked me multiple times if it was really my birthday — and that was it. No greeting, no kind gesture, not even a simple “happy birthday.” Meanwhile, at the table next to mine, another guest was being congratulated — which made the contrast even more upsetting.

The atmosphere in the evening didn’t help either. The space feels more like a breakfast hall, not somewhere cozy or special for dinner. If you’re planning to visit for the aesthetics, it might be prettier in the morning.

I came to celebrate, but left feeling like my day was completely overlooked. It’s very disappointing that such a special evening was ruined by the staff’s indifference and lack of attention. I wouldn’t recommend this place for...
