My partner and I came to celebrate our anniversary yesterday here. Some concerns we had on our visit.

We didn’t get the table we have been requested specifically even though we have made reservation 3 days prior. But luckily at the end we can still get it.

We asked a staff for the menu. The staff came and throw the menu on our table without asking if we want to order now or giving us recommendation. At this stage we felt really disappointed how the staff giving such attitude to us as local customers. However, big thanks to Hamzah (manager in charge on that day). He listened to our concerns and took care of us afterwards until we leave. Really appreciate his good service to make us feeling comfortable.

Overall the food and drink were good. Little comment on my order (I think it’s grilled fish) it was bit dry.

We hope the management could take this concerns seriously for better service in the future. The most important thing, please train your staff how to serve customers in a good manner and not to disrespect people.
