Suluban Caves is accessible by scooter/ Grab / Uber. Sometimes it’s difficult to locate Uber/Grab in those vicinity or you can ask taxi driver to wait if you visit the beach for short time. Other best alternative is scooter just like how I did and pay for parking spot for 5K IDR.
