Will never go back there again !

Was there on Saturday evening. At first the venue looked super nice, design and overall look was good. But after 5 min in around 8 pm the DJ started to play, the music was extremely loud making it impossible to talk at the table, even tho the table was outside.

We have ordered 2 different types of fresh oysters and a bottle of wine to start with, the oysters were already mixed with the sauce, when asked to change the dish and bring the sauce separately, the waitress just forcedly put everything on the table and left.

After that we were waiting additional 15 min for a bottle of wine, it never arrived. When asked one of the staff member , she asked us back isn’t it arrived yet ? Clearly the table was empty and neither her or us saw any bottle on the table.

After another 10 min they bring a glass of wine. We said we ordered a bottle not a glass , and asked to take it back. 10 min later no one served the bottle we ordered , so we had to ask for a bill and leave that place as soon as possible.

They brought the bill for everything including that glass of wine. We said we gonna pay only for the food and water, even tho we didn’t touch the oysters and a bottle of water. Then another confusion was happening and the manager came to the table. We explained the situation and the manager didn’t make any effort to resolve it, just said they gonna remove the glass of wine from the bill.

I understand the place is new and some operations are not running smoothly yet + staff is still new and under training. But ! The key factor was the work of manger, she handled the whole situation poorly and unprofessionally. Never will come back to that place again.

Instead I’d recommend to go to Mason restaurant across the corner for excellent quality of food and...

One word.....STUNNING......

From the moment we arrived and entered, the ambience stuck out loud and clear, modern and vibrant with floor to ceiling glass everywhere.

From the dining areas to the toilets (I always include them), the climate controlled wine room, the dry aging of Australian meats and Pink Salmon, the terraced mezzanine to the lower garden, the fire pit, the views, the mix of "somewhat funky modern jazz music" not too loud and of course the menu, all has been tastefully configured for the enjoyment of guests.

Offering Breakfast from 7.30 - 11, Brunch until 3pm, light plates snacking until 5.30pm and the full evening Dinner menu from 5.30pm until late you will most certainly find something to tempt the tastebuds....we grazed on small plates (entrees) having enjoyed Oysters, Tempura Zucchini flowers, Char grilled Carrots, seared Asparagus, Cauliflower steak and Papuan Prawns (yes they were big prawns not shrimps!), all were outstanding. One thing I noticed at a nearby table was the special additional cutlery presented in a small wooden box, very chic!!!

Established just under a year ago, this brand new purpose built facility is not to be missed, a must do on any bucket list.......enjoy the experience, the videos, and the photos....you will not be disappointed....

Oh, and I heard a whisper from the owner about a new, soon to be roof top and lower garden experience. I'm looking forward to seeing this....

I’ve been to this restaurant three times in less than a month, and I can confidently say it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots. My first visit was for my birthday, and since then, I’ve found myself returning with friends for various occasions, whether for a celebration or simply to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting.

The restaurant truly has it all. The food is consistently delicious and beautifully presented, and the vibe is perfect whether you visit in the afternoon or evening. The architecture and furniture are aesthetically stunning, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere that feels both upscale and welcoming. The views are amazing, especially in the afternoon, making it a perfect place to take pictures and enjoy the scenery.

What really sets this place apart is the incredible service. Anik, one of the staff members, has been amazing every single time I’ve visited. She’s always so friendly and makes everyone feel genuinely welcome. On my last visit, she went above and beyond, offering us complimentary dishes and a drink, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Anik’s warmth and hospitality make the experience feel special every time, and it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back.

This restaurant is more than just a place to eat – it’s an all-around experience. The combination of great food, a stunning atmosphere, and exceptional service makes it a place I highly recommend to anyone. I’ve invited friends to join me here, and they’ve all been just as impressed as I am.
