BLUE TERRACE — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

Didn’t know this place existed if it wasn’t for Single fin waitress who took us here because there’s no seat available in single fin. Turned out it was probably the best decision!! It’s definitely the best place to watch sunset.

So if you prefer somewhere quiet to watch the sun goes down, this is the place to be. Food wise, it’s great. Had burgers and they’re delicious!

My biggest let down was that I ordered mojito jugs and it’s clearly written 115k/jugs (NOT glass), I had even made sure to the waitress if this was correct, and they said it was. But upon paying the bills, turned out it was 400k something, and they said 115k was the price for glass and not jugs but it’s LITERALLY written jugs. We paid for it though but it was such a big disappointment to miscommunicate the price to your customers. Please you NEED TO UPDATE your beverage price menu because...

The staff has a bad service, his name is Reymas (Blue Terrace’s staff, Blue Terrace is next to each other with Single Fin) we asked to move our seat to another table that we wanted (it was available) and he said yes we can move but he didn’t do anything to secure the table until another guests coming and sit there, Raymas didn’t even do the effort to tell the other guests that the table is occupied by us. He also didn’t pay attention when we ordered the food, he only repeated our drinks order, thankfully i paid attention to it and ordered our food. I don’t know why he didn’t do the effort maybe because the other guests are white people tourists while we’re just a local. He did offer us to move to another table after few hours when we already finished all our food, but still, he didn’t make an effort to keep our first table was very disappointing. Please...

The food is tasty and the wine is good. But when I kindly asked the staff to pack everything to go, which was at least half of every dish l, I caught staff members eating out of my food. I don’t have a problem sharing food specially after working these jobs for years. No need to shame the staff, but I paid 90 dollars for everything and they didn’t have the respect or even awareness to act fast on the packing (saw the staff member literally leaning on the counter while my food was being eating and touched. I do not like and won’t allow people to assume that only because I can enjoy these types of of experience they can des respect.
