Although the front desk had greeted us, they didn’t show us to our table, just pointed to an area. Arriving at the area pointed, there was no available table. A staff told us to sit in an area facing the sea. One of my friends has asked him how long can we stay in this area, seeing the area was delineated with a rope, and the staff clearly told us until 7 PM.
While we were eating, one of the staffs told us to move to another area. And we said we’ve been told that we can sit in this area till 7 PM, so we refused to leave. We were in the middle of eating. Another staff approached us while we were still eating, saying sorry that we have to move. Again we said the same thing and it was so rude of them to do this while we were eating.
Next, one of the guests came barging on us asking us questions and we said we’re not talking to anyone unless he or she is the manager of this incompetent management. Less than 5 mins another guess came barging on us. It was very inconvenient and the staffs did nothing to offer us time to finish our meals or trying to stop uncivilized people ambushing us while we were eating. The manager approached us and we were beyond upset about this non sense. I told him to give us 10 mins to finish our meals.
Less than 5 mins, a group of uncivilized foreigners came sit next to us very closely and intimidating us by talking in an aggressive manner. The staffs did nothing to try to stop them or mediate.
My friends and I are clearly disappointed and angry. That was by far the worse treatment I’ve ever experienced. After asking them several times how are they going to compensate us for this unfair and unprofessional treatments, the manager finally said they’re giving 50% off our bill by adding comments that they were not supposed to give us this. I’m beyond appalled at his ignorance.
In sum, if you are a civilized person, you wont like this...
Read moreUnsafe venue and careless employees. My wife and I visited Ulu Cliffhouse yesterday for our honeymoon and went downstairs to the deck to watch the sunset. The deck stairs are extremely dangerous with no lights, broken planks, chairs, and metal rods. My wife fell and cut her leg open. There was no signage and guidance from the staff to be careful. Even regular customers said they were surprised that it was open. After sunset, it took us 30 minutes to return upstairs in the dark while she bled because there were no signs.
After returning upstairs, the staff showed no remorse to provide medical supplies with urgency.
I flagged down the manager Beni Wardiawan Santoso to at least provide a driver to take us through the dark broken road to the Main Street where the Guardian Pharmacy is. Beni lied to us and said he would handle the taxi for us. On our way out, he was insensitive and tried to upsell us to return for their day parties.
After arriving at Guardian, the driver said he expected us to pay the fare and wanted 50k IDR to drive 450 meters (3 minutes). Beni took advantage of us and put us in a car run by taxi mafia so we would have to pay the fare. We refused to pay the fare until he drove away upset.
I’ve been trying to get in contact with the management and all their phones are disconnected. They don’t respond to WhatsApp messages.
DO NOT COME HERE. The food sucks, pool and daybeds are filthy, and their deck is dangerous. They ruined our honeymoon. The staff is reckless and don’t care about their customers. You’re better off going to other clubs...

Speaking of the pool, it was an absolute delight. The resort offers a beautiful infinity pool that seems to blend seamlessly with the horizon, offering a mesmerizing view of the ocean. Whether it was taking a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water or simply lounging on the sunbeds by the pool. The pool-facing villas were the icing on the cake, as they afforded uninterrupted views of the ocean.
From the freshly brewed coffee to the exotic smoked salmon sandwiches, the breakfast experience was a gastronomic delight. What made it even more special was the seating arrangement beside the pool, overlooking the sea. Starting the day with a sumptuous breakfast while taking in the breathtaking views was a treat for all the senses.
The level of service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, attentive, provided local recommendations, the staff members were professional and efficient.
