The Ritz-Carlton Lounge and Bar — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

Visited The Lounge and Bar with my wife and daughter during our stay at the resort. Views are amazing - overlooking the gardens and towards the beach. Furniture is comfortable with lots of options for seating. We visited the place on two occasions - first was a predinner drinks and the other was a lunch. Both times were great. The first visit I was introduced to a Gin cart which I never had the pleasure of trying (design your own gin - with a selection of ingredients). I thought this was a pretty cool experience. The second occasion during lunch was not a disappointment. I got the Seared local barramundi and it was delicious and nicely plated, looked so elegant and simple. I think the highlight was definitely the service, in particular Novi who was professional but friendly, helpful and very welcoming. She always had great attitude - I got the sense that she loves her job and I respect people like that. Thank you Novi for taking care of me, my wife and daughter - I think The Ritz Bali is lucky to have a very special team...

Had Afternoon tea: no tea menu 1 set for a pair, everything unique (vs. 1 for each) had to ask for straws for iced drinks on a hot day, adding several minutes had to ask for plates unstable table, shifting around 10 degrees inside is almost as hot as eating outside food was generally OK! Probably good...

A group of five of us visited the lounge and bar to enjoy a celebratory scotch and cigar. Whilst the service was impeccable and the lounge grand, the range of scotch and cigars was very limited, and frankly disappointing for a Ritz-Carlton...
