I wish a could give more than 5 stars. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Canna Bali Beach Club, and I must say, it is by far the best place I have been to in Bali. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded our expectations and provided an unforgettable experience.

Upon booking a spot with a minimum spending of 3.5 million Rupiah, we were initially concerned about the cost. However, it turned out to be more than reasonable, especially considering the quality of the experience we had as a group of six people.

The food at Canna Bali Beach Club was truly outstanding. Every dish we ordered was delicious and presented with flair. The flavors were well-balanced, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. It was a culinary delight that left us craving for more.

The atmosphere at the beach club was nothing short of epic. The combination of live music and the ability to choose the songs created a vibrant and energetic environment. The musicians were talented, catering to different musical preferences and adding a lively touch to the overall ambiance of the place.

Absolute Scam – Misleading Description and Terrible Value

Avoid this experience at all costs. The description on GetYourGuide is completely misleading and sets false expectations. It gives the impression that you’re booking a spot on the beach with direct access to a sunbed — this is absolutely not the case.

When we arrived, we were shocked to find that our “reservation” only granted access to two very limited zones: one area at the very back of a large terrace with slanted chairs (definitely not sunbeds), and another with just regular tables and chairs inside the restaurant. To make it worse, the restaurant is located on the second level — nowhere near the actual sandy beach.

When we decided to sit in the restaurant zone just to salvage the experience, we were told we were restricted to only two specific rows. Every time we tried to settle in, a new rule popped up — all of which were conveniently left out of the listing on GetYourGuide. It felt like a bait-and-switch scam.

As for the drinks included in the package, we were told we could only choose between one mocktail from a limited list, or an alcoholic cocktail that wasn’t even on the menu (something like a cheap vodka with lime and mint). At that point, we decided to leave without even using our drink vouchers. Sitting in a corner of a restaurant, nowhere near the beach, was simply not worth it.

Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. This is a disguised upcharge for a subpar seat in a place you didn’t intend to book. Very disappointed, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same trap. Everything was made by design to squeeze as much money...

I attended the New Year’s Eve event at Canna Bali Beach Club with high expectations, having reserved a VIP package in November for Rp 11,500,000. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming for several reasons: • Pool Unavailability: The advertised pool access for VIP guests was unavailable due to safety concerns, which was not communicated beforehand. • Lack of Countdown: There was no countdown to usher in the New Year; in fact, the event was approximately 3 minutes late in acknowledging the New Year, which was highly disappointing. • Value for Money: The package included only a standard bottle of Chivas Regal 12 (valued at approximately Rp 600,000) and minimal finger food, which did not justify the high price. • Service Issues: There appeared to be poor coordination among the staff, leading to a subpar service experience. • Unmet Expectations: We arrived dressed and ready for a pool party, only to find that the pool was closed, which was very disappointing.

On a positive note, the manager (Tija & Cya) was approachable and offered additional food as a gesture of apology. However, this did not compensate for the overall disappointing experience. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve future events.
