Warung Halme Ikan Bakar Ala Jimbaran — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

We didn’t expect this restaurant to be such a popular destination for tourists. At first, we were just looking for a good, reasonably priced seafood place in Nusa Dua. Fortunately, we arrived before 7 PM — and even then, there was only one table left!

If you plan to visit this place, the key is patience. There aren’t many tables, and the cooking takes a while — around 30 minutes. So if the tables are full, you’ll need to wait outside, but you can place your order in advance.

As for the food, it’s tasty — though not mind-blowingly delicious. The seasoning is light and not too oily, and what stands out is their signature sambal (chili sauce). They serve two types of sambal. Price-wise, it’s considered cheap for Bali. The three of us ordered a grilled fish and shrimp package for around IDR 150,000.

Great Grilled Fish Experience! Warung Halme Ikan Bakar Ala Jimbaran offers a really satisfying grilled fish experience that lives up to its name. The ikan bakar (grilled fish) was fresh and perfectly cooked, with that classic Jimbaran-style smoky flavor and delicious seasoning. We also tried some of their seafood dishes, which were all quite good. The atmosphere is pretty laid-back and authentic, giving you that true local warung feel. Service was friendly and efficient, even when it got a bit busy. It's a solid spot if you're craving fresh, flavorful grilled seafood without breaking the bank. The only reason it's not a 5-star for me is that while everything was good, nothing truly blew me away to the point of being exceptional. But it's definitely a place I'd recommend...

Wanted grilled fish and saw Warung Halme on top of google searches for Ikan Bakar eateries near Nusa Dua.

Came in at 6pm and there were only 6 people eating. All were locals. Was hesitant at first, but saw the prices were affordable. Decided to eat in. Ordered a package of 400gr snapper w/ a pair of mussels and squid satays priced only 80K IDR.

When our order came, lots of locals came in and practically the place was full. I thought if it is full of people it should be good, and I was right.
