We’re currently holidaying in Bali and have been visiting Nusa Dua Spa by Lily Treatment daily—today marks our 6th visit! During our trip, we’ve tried a few other spas, but nothing compares to the experience at Lily Treatment. While some spas have glowing TripAdvisor reviews, we noticed that guests are often pressured to leave reviews immediately after their treatment. Although the treatments themselves were nice, that approach felt a bit uncomfortable. What sets Lily Treatment apart is their genuine warmth and professionalism. From the moment you’re picked up in their car to the moment you leave, you’re treated with such care and hospitality. Their treatment menu is extensive. I’m absolutely in love with their aromatherapy and foot massages, and my husband swears by the sports massage. They also offer kids’ massages, which was a huge bonus for us—our son had a wonderful experience, especially since we were able to enjoy our treatments together in the same room. the therapists are highly skilled and professional. we chose Balinese massage and their techniques were incredible, ensuring a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating session. The customer service is top-notch—staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely focused on ensuring you have the best experience.

what’s even better is the value for money. the prices are very reasonable for the level of quality you receive, making it worth every penny. they also offer a complimentary shuttle service around the Nusa Dua area, which is a fantastic bonus for convenience. plus, they accept card payments, so no need to worry about carrying cash.
